Transcripts

Seniors who need to set up their Parchment account - please follow this electronic process - 

1. Complete the attached transcript release form bit.ly- this form does require a parents electronic signature.

2. Once your release form is complete, you will receive an email with your personal and confidential Parchment access code and instructions.

3. You can then set up your Parchment account. Once you complete the set up after following the instructions precisely you will have access to view your transcript within 48-72 hours.

If you are a current Midlothian High School student, please follow the instructions on this documentto set up and request transcripts through Parchment.

If you are a current Midlothian High School student and need your official transcript that can not be ordered through Parchment please come into school counseling for assistance.

Seniors will be able to receive 2 free official transcripts. All other official transcripts will cost $3.00 and a Transcript Release Form will need to be completed and signed by a parent. This form can be found in school counseling. Please call 804-378-2440 and select Counseling for assistance.
