Behind-the-wheel sign ups are typically done during AEP during the school year. Please fill out the appointment request form below. Sign-up directions are included there as well. Any student is welcome to request a sign up appointment as long as they hold a valid VA learner's permit and have completed driver education with a passing grade.

STUDENTS:
Use this form to request an appointment for behind-the-wheel sign ups. When you receive your appointment date, make sure you bring the following:
- Parent Permission Form (Click on "Forms")
- In-Car Enrollment Form (Click on "Forms")
- $210 (Checks made payable to Matoaca High School)
- Learner's Permit
- Log (I just like to see how your log is coming along. It does not have to be complete.)

Chesterfield County Public Schools charges $210 for behind-the-wheel services. Payment must be received and processed before you start behind-the-wheel. Preferably, your full payment should be submitted on the day of your sign up appointment. You may pay in any of the following ways:
