Thelma Crenshaw Elementary School is located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, a suburb of the capital, Richmond.
The school counseling department is staffed by two counselors serving approximately 650 students in grades PK-5.
Mrs. Ellett, M.Ed.
Mrs. Ellet received her M.ED in School and Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University and her B.A from Old Dominion University. This will be Mrs. Ellett second year as a school counselor. Prior to being a school counselor, Mrs. Ellett was a Therapeutic Day Treatment counselor and an Outpatient Counselor with Elk Hill working in the Goochland County Public Schools. Mrs. Ellett was previously here at Crenshaw Elementary as an Instructional Assistant and is Excited to return as a School Counselor! Mrs. Ellett enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones!

Mrs. Krietsch M.A, N.C.C
Mrs. Krietsch received her Masters degree in School Counseling from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and her Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She is excited to join the Crenshaw Cardinals this year. This is Mrs. Krietsch’s 20th year in School Counseling. Mrs. Krietsch was born in Providence Rhode Island (Go Patriots and Redsox!) She enjoys spending time with her family, dogs and brand new horse.
Mrs. Krietsch is excited to work at Crenshaw this year and looks forward to helping her students become successful life long learners.
