The Learn & Earn platform for professional learning is designed to prepare educators to fully leverage the potential of the applications supported by Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS) through developing mastery of technology skills and showcasing their knowledge through micro-credentials in Credly, a web service for issuing, earning, and sharing digital badges. Mastery is defined as completion of the Earn sections of the Learn & Earn Google Form with 90% or higher. Each Learn & Earn badge is worth one recertification point.
