Collaborative Past Lessons 

Country Research Slides and Presentation: Students practice their research skills by finding information about a country on CultureGrams, creating slides, and presenting their information to the class. 

7th Grade Ofrenda Project: Students learn about the significance behind papel picado, sugar skulls, and more before building their own ofrenda. 

Soda Bottle Characters: Use soda bottles to create visual representations of characters from your story, with an accompanying writing piece explaining characterization. 

Essay Support: Support while writing essays, including creating and curating resources, conferences with students, and small group options. 

AVID Strategy Implementation: Are you intimidated by the AVID strategies? Do you feel like you have zero time or aren't sure where to use them in your lessons? We can plan together and, if you would like, co-teach using AVID strategies to incorporate them in your class.
