English Drama Club

The CCPASS Drama Club offers many opportunities for students to try their hand at a variety of English drama activities. The Drama Club, also known as the CCPASS Players, participates in a wide range of dramatic competitions and festivals involving short plays, script writing, improvisational drama, student films, radio drama and theatrical productions. 

The CCPASS Players have accomplished outstanding results from 2018 to 2025 earning over fifty prizes. The most recent accomplishments include 1st Place in the 2024 Speak Up-Act Out: Drama Competition and 1st Place in the 2025 IESAD International Drama Competition. Most impressively, the CCPASS Players were crowned the champions of the 2025 Smart Education Radio Drama Competition with over 2,000 teams competing!  

Drama provides a creative outlet for students to expand their English vocabulary, practice language intonation and pursue achievement outside the traditional academic curriculum. Most importantly drama and performance are a rewarding educational experience and foster a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
