UNIVERSITY OF BRASILIA RESEARCH GROUP ON PUBLIC POLICY
The Public Policy Watchdog Research Group (Portuguese acronym GEOPP) is a university-based research group focused on public policy legal issues from the perspective of the regulatory practice in Brazil and abroad. Founded in 2013 at the University of Brasilia, GEOPP hosts its activities at the School of Law Research Center on Law and Regulation at the University of Brasilia. GEOPP has played a key role in hosting an academic environment for collaboration between professors, students, lawyers, and policy makers, building bridges for a better understanding of the ongoing frictions between regulation and public policy.
GRUPO DE ESTUDOS OBSERVATÓRIO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DA UNB
O Grupo de Estudos Observatório de Políticas Públicas, da Universidade de Brasília (GEOPP/UnB), é um grupo de pesquisa e trabalho registrado, por intermédio do Programa de PósGraduação em Direito da UnB, no Diretório de Grupos de Pesquisa do CNPq e integrante do Núcleo de Direito Setorial e Regulatório da Faculdade de Direito da UnB. O Grupo de Estudos Observatório de Políticas Públicas da Universidade de Brasília (GEOPP/UnB) traduz em seu percurso os reflexos dos novos horizontes e dos renovados desafios colocados à atividade regulatória do Estado Brasileiro, por intermédio do enfoque na tensão entre regulação e política pública.
