• Garda Clearance Form (Only if you are planning on working with Children or vulnerable adults)

Please see the list below.  You will receive a tick beside you name when:

• Forms Submitted: You return the Work Experience/Shadowing form and Employer details are filled in.

• Application Form Completed - Complete the Application Form (posted on 4th Year Classroom

• WE Approved- When your placement is approved. 

• Employer Report (After) -When you return your Employer Report Form.
