We, at the MPCC, are the custodians of 3516 Parc, the former Urban Ecology Centre turned Community Hub that hosts organizations such as Indigenous Support Workers Project, The Montreal’ Autonomous Tenants Union, QPIRG McGill, Planet Rebelle, Mama Dances and more.
The building is a beautiful three-story Victorian greystone (120 years old) with 3 meeting rooms, 2 bathrooms, a mini-kitchen, and a backyard patio. The building is a total of 2274 sq ft, with 7 rooms. The citizen-run SDC Milton Parc owns the building.
There are 3 meeting spaces available for booking:
Regarding Accessibility, there is a ramp at the front entrance of the building, through which the front room and library are accessible. The hallway from the front entrance to the library is somewhat narrow. The back door entrance which leads directly to the library has a slight step. The third floor is only accessible through two flights of stairs.
There is one bathroom on the first floor and a second bathroom on the third floor. All bathrooms are single-use and non-gendered.
