1)   Appoint new vice president and discuss treasurer position.

2)   Motion to change Huntington bank access and QB access.

3)   Decide on distribution of CRCF funds: $5298 and who will be the contact person going forward. (Jan Upton is currently the contact person)

4)   Introduce Zeffy Non-Profit All-in-one fundraising platform.

5)   Discuss April 8th meeting conflict & meeting location for May 13th

6)   Present proposed new guidelines for the membership committee for review and approval at a future meeting.

7)   Discuss the need and guidelines for recruiting new board members.
