Careers Week
CCF Sixth Form has hosted talks by a wide variety of speakers this week, talking to Year 12 and 11 students about a range of careers. We were lucky enough to have people from professions in feilds such as Law, Engineering, Marketing, Data Sciences, Charity Aid Networks, Marketing, Architecture, the Civil Service and Investment Banking. The students learn so much from listening to first-hand experiences and this really opens their eyes to what different careers are potentially out there for them. This leads on to our 'UCAS Year' where students start making their choices about what courses and apprenticeships to apply for. The next big event as part of this is a visit to the UCAS Discovery Fair and the London Excel Centre in March.
Year 12 Assessment 2
This takes place Monday 17th March - Wednesday 19th March. It is important Year 12 students spend some time revising over half term in preparation for these. The full timetable will be posted after half term.
Year 13 Interventions
This will begin the week starting Monday 3rd March. Full details, including timetable, will be sent to targeted students and their parents during the first week back after the half term break.
