My name is Ms. Garland ,  I am so excited to be the art teacher at Westmont Elementary.  This will be my 2nd year teaching, I am a graduate from Georgia Southern University with a bachelors in Art Education. I was born and raised in Richmond County, and graduated at Westside High School.
