What's Happening in November?

This month we will center our songs around fun fall and Thanksgiving activities as well as our Native American music study.

K: Steady Beat, Turkey Lurkey (loud vs soft sounds), Pow Wow

1st: Music Elements: Piano vs Forte with Turkey Lurkey, Steady Beat: Leaves Falling to the Ground

2nd: Quarter and Half Notes: Leaves falling to the Ground

3rd: Leaves Falling to the Ground small group activities

4th: Working and preparing our songs for our Veterans Day performance!

5th: Fall Compositions/ Poison Rhythm Challenges (a class by class rhythm reading competition)
