Hi! My name is Tiffany Tanner! This is my 16th year teaching and I absolutely have the best job in the world! After all, I get to sing, dance, play, and more with the best kids! I believe in teaching outside of the music classroom as well, to build students character and foster a learning environment where they feel safe and have confidence. I love to include cross curricular activities to strengthen not only their music skills but math, reading, science, and more.
I am from Thomson, Ga and graduated from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor's in Music Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Georgia Southern University. I am currently working on my Specialist degree in Educational Studies from Augusta University
I have one son who attends Greenbriar Middle. We love to travel, hang at the beach, go to Braves baseball games, and cheer on the Vols in Knoxville.
I was honored to serve as the Teacher of the Year for Parkway Elementary in 2025 and was named the Columbia County Teacher of the year for 2026.
