There are TWO ways to submit a senior ad.

To ensure no mistakes are made, please read through the instructions CAREFULLY.

Option 1

Schedule an appointment during one of the Senior Ad Design Nights. At the Senior Ad Design Night, you will sit with a yearbook staff member while they design the ad to the specifications of this year’s theme and format. You will be able to see the pictures included on the page, check the writing, and approve the ad.

• This is by far the best way to ensure that your ad is included in the yearbook and that all information is correct.

• You will pay for the ad at the appointment; CASH or RevTrak will be accepted. 

• Please DO NOT pay for the ad before you have attended and completed the design session.

Option 2

Go to www.yearbookforever.com to enter information and pay for the ad. You will be asked to upload pictures and the ad message, and a yearbook staff member will design the ad. NOTE: You WILL NOT be able to review/proof the ad for your senior with this type of submission. 

Senior Ad Design Night Dates: Spaces are LIMITED

There are FOUR sessions. When you sign up online, please pay attention to the DATE and TIME you select. 

• September 23 from 6-8

• September 28 from 4-7

• October 26 from 4-7

• October 28 from 6-8

If you cannot attend one of the Senior Ad Design Nights, you must submit your pictures, text, and ad information, and pay for the ad online at www.yearbooksforever.com. No physical pictures, text, or payment will be accepted at school except for during the scheduled Design Night time. 

Sizes, Costs, and Deadlines

Cost on or before October 2nd

Full Page ad  (12 photos max)- $275

1/2 page ad  (6 photos max) - $175

1/4 page (3 photos max) - $75

1/8 page (1 photo)- $40

Cost on or before November 6

Full Page ad  (12 photos max)- $300

1/2 page ad  (6 photos max) - $200

1/4 page (3 photos max) - $100

1/8 page (1 photo)- $80

(Ads completed and submitted before October 2nd receive a discounted rate for the ad.  

This ONLY applies to ads that are FINISHED by October 2nd. This rate does not apply to ad sessions scheduled before the deadline).

**Ad space is limited and is granted on a first come, first serve basis. We have a designated number of pages in the yearbook for senior ads. Once the space is gone, ad sales will close, and that may happen before the ad deadlines. NOTE: We will reserve the ad space if you have scheduled an appointment time for one of the Ad Design Nights. 

Please note: The Panthera yearbook is a STUDENT PUBLICATION. Your senior’s ad will be designed by students in Lakeside’s Journalism class. While we strive to design each ad as you desire, mistakes are possible. No refund will be issued for ads that contain mistakes. To guarantee your ad is designed correctly, attend one of our Senior Ad Design Nights. 

What to bring to Senior Ad Design Night: 

1. Your pictures.  You will receive a LINK to submit your pictures/message one week before your ad session appointment. Please remember that the higher the resolution, the better the picture will look when scanned and uploaded. Please do not take screenshots of the photos. You can bring in physical copies of your photos to be scanned, but this will extend the design session appointment, as it takes time to individually scan pictures. 

2. Your ad message- Use the link to submit your ad message. You can bring it to the appointment also, but again, this will extend the time for the ad session.  :) 

Payment for the ad (CASH/Revtrak Payment ONLY). Please Do not pay for the ad until your design appointment.
