We will begin the year with a review of place value and the powers of ten. We will use parentheses, brackets, or braces in numerical expressions and evaluate expressions with these symbols. We will fluently multiply a 3-digit number by a 2-digit number. We will fluently divide a 4-digit dividend by a 2-digit divisor. Please practice and review multiplication facts to make this unit manageable.
