Syllabus for Weightlifting 2021 - 2022:
Monday: Two Core lifts and Three Auxilary lifts depending on what will be the Max lift on Friday.
Tuesday: Two Core lifts and Three Auxilary lifts depending on what will be the Max lift on Friday.
Wednesday: Two Core lifts and Three Auxilary lifts depending on what will be the Max lift on Friday.
Thursday: Two Core lifts and Three Auxilary lifts depending on what will be the Max lift on Friday.
Friday: The class will max out on a different lift each Friday.
Grade Policy for Weightlifting: 20 pts per day for participation.
