Unless otherwise noted on Google Classroom or Remind, meetings will be after school in room 1004 every Wednesday.

In the spring semester, we attend collegiate conferences, including UGAMUN.

EGMUN

Evans - Grovetown Model United Nations Conference

Every year. Grovetown High School and Evans High School host EGMUN. For more information on EGMUN, please visit https://sites.google.com/ccboe.net/egmun/home

EGMUN is an opportunity for delegates to attend an affordable local conference in order to experience MUN for the first time or to hone their skills for collegiate competitions.

At UGAMUNXXXI, students won more than 13 awards, including first place in three committees.

GTHS MUN attended UGAMUNXXXI (Spring 2025). This year, 40 delegates from GTHS competed, compared to 12 delegates just 3 years ago.

The GTHS MUN team attended the Georgia State University Model United Nations Conference (Fall 2024), placing first overall at the conference.

Grovetown and Evans High Schools hosted our second annual EGMUN at Grovetown High School (Spring 2024).

GTHS MUN attended UGAMUN30 (Spring 2024). GTHS students won more than eight awards, including first place in three committees.

GTHS MUN was incredibly successful at UGAMUN30. Our Best Delegates (first place) each took home a gavel (Spring 2024).

The GTHS MUN team attended the Georgia State University Model United Nations Conference (Fall 2023).

Grovetown High School attended the Greenbrier Model United Nations Conference (Fall 2023). GTHS students won first place in every committee.

Grovetown High School and Evans High School co-hosted the first annual EGMUN at Evans High School (April 2023).

The GTHS MUN team grew exponentially from our first year back to our second. Nearly thirty students competed at UGA's 29th annual Model United Nations Conference (Spring 2023).

At the University of Georgia's 28th annual Model United Nations Conference (Spring 2022), GTHS MUN won seven awards, including Best Delegate in a fictional crisis committee.
