How do I connect to the school wi-fi?

• If you have not requested your wi-fi credentials within the past 12 months, please visit the school website or the Learning Commons to request them.
• To connect to the school Wi-Fi, your username (or identity) is firstname.lastname. This is the stem, or first part, of your school email address.
• Enter your password.

I am unable to connect to the school wi-fi. What am I doing wrong?

• Make sure you have entered the correct username and password.
• Turn off your VPN.
• Turn off Wi-Fi calling.
• Double check the name of your phone. If your phone name is inappropriate, you will not be able to log into the network.

How do I connect to my school Google Account (G-Suites)?

• Go to google.com. Click the "Sign in" button.
• Your username is your school email address. (First.lastname@student.ccboe.net). Your password is the same password as your Wi-Fi password.
• Please note: This account is not a gmail account. There is no email associated with your G-Suites account. You have access to Google Apps such as Google Drive, Google Classroom, Google Sites, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.

How do I log-in to Office 365?

• Go to portal.office.com
• Your email address is your first.lastname@student.ccboe.net
• Your password is the same as your Wi-Fi password.
• Please Note: This account gives you access to OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sway, and One Note. You can also install these programs on up to 5 personal devices by using your student log in information.

How do I connect to Student Portal?

• Go to campus.ccboe.net.
• Your username is the only the first part of your email address (first.lastname).
• Your password is the same as your Wi-Fi password.
• You will get locked out of Student Portal if you enter the incorrect credentials several times. Please visit the Learning Commons if you think you are locked out.

How do I check my fines?

• Go to destiny.ccboe.net.
• Your lunch number is both your username and password.
