Mrs. Halstead has been teaching for 13 years in both general education and special education. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Marshall University in both Elementary and Special Education. She then obtained her Master's Degree in Elementary Education from West Virginia University. She is a military spouse of 22 years with 3 loving kids of her own.
