I am Emily Frett. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading and Language Arts from the University of Iowa. I have also completed my Masters Degree in Administration through University of Northern Iowa. I have been teaching since 2011 in a few different districts and grade levels ranging from kindergarten to third grade. I joined the CCA district five years ago and taught third grade before becoming an Instructional Coach.

I grew up in Solon, IA and now live in Marion, IA. My husband, Dan, and our Mini Goldendoodle, Jasper, enjoy being with family and friends, traveling, and the outdoors.

I am Allison Kannegieter. I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Social Studies. I have been a part of the Clear Creek Amana Community School District for six years now. I started my career teaching 5th grade and eventually moved into 3rd grade. This will be my second year as an instructional coach at Tiffin Elementary.

Originally from Wheaton, Illinois, I came to the area to attend the University of Iowa. I now live in North Liberty with my husband, Austin, and our daughter, Harper. In my free time I enjoy reading, running and spending lots of time playing with my daughter.

Lisa Olson

I am Lisa Olson. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Science and Social Studies from the University of Iowa. I also hold a Masters Degree in Collaborative Learning and Teaching from Graceland University. My husband and I grew up in the Clear Creek Amana District and both of our sons (Tyler and Walker) attended and graduated from CCA as well. We have lived in Oxford since 1987 and have deep family roots throughout this community.

Jenn Osen-Foss

My name is Jenn Osen-Foss, and I was a special education and social studies teacher for non-public schools in Washington, DC for seven years before moving back to to the area in 2014. I grew up in Chambersburg, PA and Davenport, IA. I hold a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology and certification in Secondary Education from Iowa State University, and a M.A.T. in Special Education from Trinity University of Washington, DC. I have taught almost every social studies course you could think of, and I have worked in a wide range of special education environments. I am also an expert reviewer and occasional writer for Understood.org, a resource site for parents of children with learning differences from the National Center for Learning Disabilities.

My family has settled roots in Cedar Rapids, and we're constantly busy with family, recreational activities, and making a happy home. My family includes my husband, Travis, eight-year-old Eleanor, and four-year-old Penny Lane. We also have two cats, Emma and Nebula, and one dog named Lucy.

My name is Jill Santee, I have been teaching at CCA for 10 years. I have taught reading or Language Arts since starting at CCA right out of college. This is my second year as an instructional coach at CCA. I am originally from the small town of Bode, IA where I graduated from Twin River Valley High School in 2001. After my high school graduation, I continued my education at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa where I graduated in 2003 with an Associates of Arts Degree. From there I then transferred to the University of Northern Iowa where I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education in 2007 and endorsements in reading and music.

Anita Reihmann

My name is Anita Reihmann, I have been in education for 16 years. I've taught K-5 Special Education, with two years teaching a combined class of 4th & 5th graders. This is my fourth year as an instructional coach at CCA.

I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in elementary education with an endorsement in special education, Instructional Strategist I (K-8). I received my Masters in Education with an emphasis in reading from Mount Mercy University in 2014. I have had advance training in the STAR program (Strategies for Teaching Based on Autism Research), Orton-Gillingham (Basic & Advance), TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children), PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling), along with a wealth of formative assessment strategies.

I have lived in Iowa County all my life. My husband, Tim is an avid woodworker and employed by the Clear Creek School District. We have three children and five grandchildren. We spend our free time with family or remodeling our 110 year old home.
