about us

as a student-run, grassroots organization, the Students of Color Coalition meet once a week to support, empower, celebrate, and challenge each other to embrace the unique perspectives of students/artists of color at California College of the Arts.

while making space for each other in ways we feel institutions inherently fail to, we believe in engaging in all acts of both cultural and political resistance, refusing superficial examples of "diversity."
