Canvas is the Learning Management System (LMS) used by CBS. It's objective is to be the digital conduit among students, parent, and teachers. Some of its uses include:
"handing out" worksheets to students that will be "handed back" to the teacher through the Canvas app,
taking online assessments (quizzes or tests),
communication among parents, students, and teachers,
publishing of student grades,
and more
The following videos and How to... documents are designed to get you started in your Canvas journey.
On the first day of school in the Fall, students are given their sign-in information to our Learning Management System, Canvas. Canvas is your portal to grades, quizzes, worksheets, projects, and more. There is a step-by-step document you can print out and use by clicking here.
But, if you're more of a video kind of person, look at this one.
