He started his career in Houston, TX working with all levels of athletes from weekend warriors to professionals. But the call of the mountains brought him to Colorado in 1998 and to Crested Butte in 2003. Tim takes a global approach to evaluating and treating his clients, using manual therapy, functional evaluation, and training to optimize their return to function. Tim is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and The Graston Technique. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hiking, fishing and spending time with his wife Amelia and their three children: Ryder, Madison, and Isabelle.

RJ Spinella PT, DPT, CSCS

RJ first moved to Crested Butte from Upstate New York for a one semester long clinical rotation in 2019, and quickly realized he had no intentions of leaving. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while playing baseball at Fredonia University in Fredonia, New York, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College in Utica, New York. Since graduating PT school, RJ has become certified in dry needling and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a therapist, RJ prides himself on getting his patients to the highest possible level of function, and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient. Although he specializes in high level athletes, he uses the same principles to maximize the function and independence of all patients. When not in the clinic, RJ enjoys mountain biking, talking about mountain biking, fishing, skiing, complaining about the winter, and coaching fitness classes at a local gym.
