Three performances means prep and planning x3! It also means staying healthy, hydrated and well-rested so we can put our best into each very unique performance. We will have to transport ourselves and our gear to each performance and every performance will have a different uniform. PAY ATTENTION!
Dress: Parade WHITES (hat covers, white pants, white gloves, etc. )

6:30 - 7:30
Eat a hearty breakfast, drink plenty of water, rest
8:00 - Meet in Lobby with Instruments, gear, garment bags with uniforms, hats and shoes-
Quick Inspection
8:30 AM - Load Bus & depart for Polynesian Cultural Center
10:00 AM Arrive at PPolynesian Cultural Center
12:30 - Islands of Polynesia
TBD - change for performance
3:45 - 4:15 - Performance at Cultural Center
4:15 - 4:40 - change carefully out of uniform and load gear back on bus

4:45 - Lu'au and Dinner

8:15 AM - Load Bus & depart for Pearl Harbor (no bags allowed)
8:45 Arrive at Pearl Harbor Memorial -
9:00 - 9:15 attend safety briefing
9:30 - 9:55 unload, warm up, tune in grassy area
9:55 - 10:04 Performance Procession (parade)
10:05 - 10:35- Performance at Pearl Harbor
10:35 - 11:00 AM Thank you, photos, flag presentation
Load equipment and change out of uniforms
11:15 - Lunch (box lunch provided) - then continue with tour of memorials
Dress; Custom CBA Hawaiian Shirt and shorts or pants
5:00PM - Performance at Hard Rock (departure from hotel TBD)

Every person on the trip should sign up for Remind. Communication will be distributed through teams by the students, but any major announcements that affect everyone will go out over remind. This is the ONLY way to communicate with Ms. Waite on the trip. I likely won't answer emails. If you want to avoid the drill reminders at 6:30AM, you can hold off registering until 11/20/25 ... But don't forget!
