Our work through the Community Indicators of Quality Development process was grounded in who we are and where we aspire to go. We used our Profile of a Colonel, Missing & Vision, Aspirations, and Strategic Plan as guiding frameworks throughout the process. Together, these tools helped us identify meaningful indicators, align our efforts with our shared priorities, and keep our focus on the experiences and outcomes that matter most to our community. By connecting the data and insights from the Local Indicators process to our broader strategic direction, we are building a clearer picture of our progress and identifying opportunities for continued growth and improvement.
