Plug in USB-C cable to your Chromebook

Press CTRL and F3 [  ] at the same time

This will go between mirror and extend

Make sure you're connected to the interactive board via USB-C

Turn on the visualiser 

Select the Camera app 

Swap the camera by selecting the swap icon on the bottom left of the camera app

Click on the time on the bottom right of your screen

Then select Screen Capture

you can then change the snipping setting to take screenshots or record

All snips will automatically be saved to your downloads 

Click on the time on the bottom right of your screen

Then select the arrow right of the volume slider 

Select desired audio output (This will be relative to your screen)

Open Google Docs

Go Insert - Image - Photos

Select the photos you'd like 

Click print and change the the settings to your needs

Change pages per sheet from 1 to 2. You might need to change it to 4 depending on how many per page you’d like

Open Google Drive

Locate the folder/document you'd like to star

Click on the star icon on the right. 

You can then view all starred folder/documents on the starred tab on the left side of Google Drive

Open Google Calendar

Click on the + then Browse resources 

Search for the calendar you'd like and tick it

You'll now see the calendar in your calendar list

Go to Google Drive then Open the Microsoft document you'd like to convert

When opening for the first time I might come up with converting document

Click File then Save as Google Slides/Docs

Once the new tab has opened your document is converted and you can delete the original Microsoft File (They will start with .docx or .pptx)
