Drama can be used as a teaching and learning tool to help students make meaning of a number of skills they need to be a well rounded individual. It further allows them to experience and explore the world around them through different characters and roles, further building on their relationship with others and things. 

Cavalier Drama Club strives to create a supportive and exciting environment in which students can grow as performance artists and as human beings. We strive to foster group cohesion, while at the same time encouraging individual growth. We believe theatre can be used as a springboard to educate our student body on social concerns, as well instill a more positive perspective about the world in which they live. We believe in the good that exists within all students, and we strive to make them conscience of this quality through all they achieve within our program.
