The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education assists in the administration of the Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship program was established through the AT&T Pioneers to assist Oklahoma students in obtaining their educational goals.
The recipients of this scholarship will receive a $1,000 cash award to be used at an eligible Oklahoma career technology center, two-year college, or four-year university. This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 high school GPA and whose family income does not exceed $75,000.
The 2026-27 application is available online and must be submitted on or before March 31, 2026 at the following link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/eb968d906cc246719283b6dc66ce712d. Applications without high school transcripts or income documentation will NOT be considered.

The Hagan Scholarships
The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship, providing recipients with the opportunity to achieve their goals and graduate college debt-free. Parents 2024 Adjusted Household Income must not have exceeded $125,000. The scholarship provides $2,000 to help pay for essential items to attend college and up to $7,500 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters. Free workshops, Free Schwab Brokerage Accounts, and Free Study Abroad provide recipients with a practical understanding of important life skills not typically covered in the school curriculum. Hagan Scholars have attended 754 colleges and universities located in 50 states and the District of Columbia, and have studied abroad in 64 countries.
The Hagan Graduate Scholarships are for Hagan Scholars who have graduated college while in the Hagan Scholarship Program and are good for up to four additional semesters in college, providing up to $7,500 each semester to attend graduate school or the first two years of a professional program.
The Hagan International Graduate Scholarships are similar to the Hagan Graduate Scholarships. International applicants must have graduated or will graduate from a foreign institution, and must have received an acceptance letter for enrollment for the upcoming fall semester as a first-time graduate student at a college or university located in the U.S.
Qualifications
Documented financial need
Permanent residence in Tulsa, Creek, Osage, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Wagoner, and Washington Counties
Students must have a cumulative 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale upon submission of their application
ACT or SAT scores (optional)
Letter(s) of acceptance from the college or university of choice
A well-defined motivation to pursue higher education
Citizens and residents in the United States are eligible to apply

Just wanted to let you know of a potential scholarship opportunity for your students. It's the Miller Elementary Education Scholarship and it will begin in the 2026-2027 academic year. We have funds for up to nine students. Each scholarship is $4,000/student ($2,000/semester) who meet this criteria:
Apply to Pittsburg State University and complete the general scholarship application or be a current student
Maintain full-time enrollment
Be a registered member with any Native American Tribe
Declare a major in Education with the intent to teach Elementary Education
Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
