How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary by merchant and menu type. For example, most bento box and lunch box deliveries will cost between $15-30. Most full buffet setup deliveries will cost between $60-100 due to the numebr of trips required for setup and collection of the buffet equipment. You can find the delivery fee chargeable on the order detail sidebar after adding dishes to your order.

Why is the delivery fee for buffet orders higher than the delivery fee for bento orders?
When delivering a buffet order, the merchant will need to travel from the kitchen to your location to setup the buffet line, then return again in 3 hours to collect the equipment. For bento or lunch box orders, the merchant will only need to visit your venue once. The buffet order delivery fee is higher due to the additional trips required for collection of equipment.

Is there a surcharge for city and offshore deliveries?
Yes, most merchants charge $10-20 for a city or offshore delivery. Offshore delivery includes deliveries to Jurong Island and Sentosa.

My delivery address venue requires security clearance. How do I do this?
Please email any security clearance or permit-to-work forms to support@catersmith.com.sg at least 3 working days before your event. We will assist in completing the forms prior to your delivery.
