RECRUITING THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO VOLUNTEER

We recognise that working in our teams is hugely rewarding and satisfying and it allows our community to use their gifting for the benefit of the church.  There are a variety of ministries in Catalyst Vineyard Church in which our community may choose to volunteer.  Some of our ministries are specifically for our children and at-risk adults and are considered regulated work - these volunteers, therefore, require to be disclosure checked via the PVG Scheme, to which we belong, and recruited according to the guidelines in this Policy.
