Participants will take a deep dive into "Relationships," a core pillar of the RBL Implementation Continuum (RBL-IC). The learning experience will address the following learning objectives:

• Reflect on research about the positive impact of teacher-student relationships on a wide range of educational outcomes. 

• Understand what matters most about relationships between teachers and students, and amongst student peers. 

• Reflect on strategies for building a “belonging” classroom culture. 

• Consider how to offer students opportunities for stronger relationships with teachers and their peers, and ensure a strong sense of belonging.
