TALKING ABOUT ONESELF IS THE BEST WAY TO LEARN TO LOVE AND KNOW ONESELF.
We work on self-esteem.
Through the story "The strange bird shop" we worked on the concept of self-esteem and how the way we are treated by others increases or decreases our self-esteem. The final task consisted of decorating the bird following the following instructions;
1- We closed our eyes.
2- We concentrated on our breathing.
3- Once we were concentrated and relaxed, we imagined that we were in our favourite landscape.
4- Now we are birds, we imagine the colour of our feathers. We are beautiful. 5- We fly high and see the landscape from the air.
6- Colour the bird as you have imagined it. Then we mounted the mural with the name of the team chosen by all of us.
MUSIC AND FEELINGS. This practice is very interesting to know what they feel when they listen to different melodies.
At other moments we can use the melodies according to our intentions.
Inside Out depicts five emotions as characters with distinct personalities: Joy, Fear, Disgust, Anger and Sadness. These are inspired by the work of American psychologist Robert Plutchik, who proposed that we have eight basic emotions, which can be arranged on a wheel with pairs of opposites: joy and sadness, anger and fear, trust and disgust, anticipation and surprise.
How are you feeling today? We will try to make you happy after this lesson, but if it's not possible, don't worry. We are here whenever you need us.
Bee bot helps infant students to expres how they feel. In the asembly they have the opportunity to talk about it.
With the aim of achieving happy children and under the slogan: When I grow up I want to be happy, we have worked on different emotions using the stories that children of all ages love so much as a fundamental tool. These are some of the stories and the work that the students have carried out in class. A whole experience full of emotions!
We work on the concept of friendship. The activity is called: "With all my heart " We make a Christmas tree, with all the good things we wish our friends this Christmas.
