Juniors who are graded can participate in the Social sessions.

Experience sessions are suitable for Intermediate and advanced players.
Juniors who are graded "D" and above can participate in these sessions.

Advanced sessions are suitable for advanced players.
Juniors who are graded "C" and above can participate in these sessions.
Visitors are generally not allowed for the Advance session.

Basic to advanced levels coaching
Juniors will learn basic badminton strokes, racket skills and footwork
Body strengthening, speed and agility exercises will be introduced
with a dedicated coach assigned for every court
All juniors will be grouped according to their skills and development
Badminton rules and playing badminton games will also be introduced to all juniors
Castle Hill Badminton Club provides a structured, inclusive and well-organised environment for players of all skill levels.
