The community made loads of buttons at the annual summer BBQ. Check them out, then come to the makerspace and make some of your own. It's super easy, and fun!
We enjoyed a beautiful fall day on the plaza where residents made paper lanterns, had family portraits taken, and tried out the wood lathe to make custom pens.

Participants tried out the wood lathe and made custom turned-wood pens.
Participants programmed Finch robots then competed in several Olympic events.
Participants learned about making three-dimensional models with 3D printers and 3D pens.
We assembled the community quilt! Participants designed the layout and sewed squares together.
Over 70 residents gathered to design and create quilt squares that will be assembled into a community quilt.
Projects included pop-up greeting cards and light-up circuitry.
Our first maker event at Bayview! Activities included light-up mask-making and lathe and 3D printer demonstrations.
