Activity 2: Investigate the effect of 'Sample Size'

We are going to take repeated samples from the Kiwi population. This is not something we would do in a real world situation, we are using it to learn about the effect that sample size has on sampling variation.

Using the tab to the right, take a sample of size 15 from the Kiwi population. Open your classes spreadsheet and.....

1. Add your sample median (rounded to 2 dp) in the n = 15 column of the 'Effect of Sample Size (MED)' sheet.
2. Then move to the 'Effect of Sample Size (IQR)' sheet and add your sample IQR (rounded to 2 dp) in the n = 15 column.
3. Repeat this at least 3 times.

Repeat the process above with sample size 100 and then sample size 200, entering your medians and IQR's in the corresponding columns.
