We're looking for committed, enthusiastic, and diverse members of our CWRU community to join our Resident Assistant team for the Summer 2021 and 2021-2022 Academic Year. Our goal is to create a residential experience that makes CWRU feel like home -- we could not accomplish this without RAs like you.

Resident Assistants are responsible for building community, responding to crisis, supporting students, advocating for social justice and diverse perspectives, and contributing to a team. These student leaders are widely involved on campus and come from every academic school. We hope you, too, will bring your unique experiences to the role and contribute to this sense of home and belonging.
