The things that matter most are the things of good relationships, and philosophy should be among them.

Sitting around and talking on Friday afternoons, people come and go, most from current classes, some from previous ones, others to check things out.  Funny, idle, and intense at turns, the room holds discussions for the most part.  The mind's excitements exceed the intended content of the course.
