As a Technology Department Summer 2025 Intern with Plum Senior High School, I performed software updates and maintenance tasks across Chrome, Windows, and MacOS operating systems, ensuring devices were kept current with the latest security patches and enhancements. I conducted a comprehensive technology audit using IncidentIQ to log annual changes and presented recommended improvements to management for review. In addition, I diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues for more than 283 faculty members, supporting the district’s technology needs throughout the summer. To conclude the internship, I was one of only two interns selected to collaborate with All Lines Technology in installing over 300 wireless access points across the district, significantly strengthening network connectivity.
