We require a 50% down payment upon booking, cashless payments highly preferred.

 Please present a valid government ID upon check-in.

Rebookings ONLY, no cancellations. Can be rebooked once anytime, non-expiry, subject to villa availability.

Please take care of your belongings. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damages to personal belongings on the premises.

Any damages made by the guest inside the premises will be charged accordingly.

For disputes or appeals, please contact the Front Desk within 7 days of check-out.
