CASA 2455 VILLAS 

We currently only accept bookings through here or on-site at our reception. 

We require a 50% downpayment to confirm your reservations. While we can pencil book you, the reservation will only be final upon downpayment and confirmation on our end.

We accept cash ( available ONLY on-site), debit cards, credit cards, QRPH, bank transfers, e wallets, etc.

For our overnight and exclusive package guests, yes we do accept walk-ins. Villas will be subject to availability. Our check-in time starts from 2:00 PM onwards and our check-out time is at 12:00 NN.

For our day use packages, please kindly check availability with us, here.

For our overnight guests, our check in time is 2 PM onwards and our check-out time is 12NN. For our day-use guests, please check with us for availability.

We do not have any charges for food brought or bought from outside. We do have corkage for drinks: P300.00 per case and P150.00 per bottle. You can purchase drinks (alcoholic and non-alcholic) from our minimart. Water is provided.

Children eight (8) and below are still considered free of charge. Our normal rate of P500.00 per head will apply to kids ages nine (9) and up.

For our day-use guests, children ages nine (9) and above will be counted as part of the number of heads. Guests (including children over eight (8) , beyond the maximum ten (10) pax, are charged P300.00 per head.

To ensure comfort for all our guests, we do not allow pets inside or around or around the villa premises.

Visitors of our overnight guests are free to enter and stay until 12 MN, our regular charges of P500.00 per head will apply afterwards. Please inform us beforehand if you have any visitors.

Our in house food service is available for all our guests. Kitchen closing time is at 10:00 PM.

While all our villas DO NOT have a kitchen, we have an in-house room  food service available for all our guests. 

At the moment microwaves and refigerators are NOT available inside ALL of our villas.

Yes, all our villas have their own private pools and each pool is around 4.5 ft-5 ft deep.

Breakfast is typically served plated per villa.

For our overnight exclusive package guests, please check with us first for availability.

Our property can sleep sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) overnight guests in total while our grounds can accomodate up to thirty (30) persons.
