The Carroll Area FFA chapter was established and chartered in 1992 as an agreement between Carroll Community School District and Kuemper Catholic School System. In 2016, students from the Ar-We-Va Community School District joined the agricultural education program through a sharing agreement with CCSD.

The chapter held 27 members in grades 7 - 8, 99 members in grades 9 - 12, and 23 graduate members during the 2024-2025 school year in counting.
