Hello! My name is Mr. Roberts, and I am so excited to be your teacher. I have been working and teaching in public schools for 19 years now. There is nothing I would rather be doing! Here are the highlights of my public school experience:

• 2007-2009: High school English teacher at McCreary Central High School

• 2009-2013: High school English teacher at Carroll County High School

• 2013-2022: Director of grants and public relations for the Carroll County School District

• 2022-Present: Sixth-grade ELA teacher at Carroll County Middle School

One thing that is unique about my teaching is that I have used the skills that we learn in class in a real job! For nine years, I worked for our school district as a writer, website designer, videographer, photographer and more. If you ever want to know "When will we use this in real life?", just ask. I will be happy to tell you! =)
