Register your Club Social Media account with CUSD.
Spending Money:
If you want to purchase something with your Club Funds, you must complete Meeting Minutes and an ASB Purchase Order Form. Both items will be turned into Mrs. Vita and then go to the ASB Meeting for Approval.
Reimbursements will only be issued when receipts are submitted to Mrs. Vita.
If you don't know exactly how much your club will spend for something, you can use the term "not to exceed $....."
When taking meeting minutes, take attendance & write details about planning your events, fundraisers and spending money. Robert's Rules of Order should be used which means: motions need to be made - someone making a motion and someone else 2nding that motion, then a vote should be taken, "all in favor say 'aye', all those opposed say 'nay'."
Returning Clubs need to complete this form & submit it to Mrs. Vita for ASB Approval.
