Physical
It's important that you are getting enough hours of sleep.
Log and track your sleeping patterns using apps or a journal.
recommended sleep time for teenagers is 9 1/2 hours!
Moving your body is important!
Stretch between study and online class. Go for a walk!
Exercise at least 1-2 a week to keep the muscles moving

There are many youtube channels/clips that you could easily follow!
Make sure you are hydrated and drinking 2L each day
Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood!
Social
Check up on you friends, text or give them a call!
Use FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meets, or try out House party with interactive activities to play with your friends.
There are also many activities and challenges organized by Carmel Sport that you can participate in to stay connected with your peers.

Spend quality time with your family!
Organise a movie night, a fun themed dinner, board game night, etc.
Spiritual
Yoga
If you don't like hard physical workouts, turn on a yoga youtube and try some yoga. Yoga helps to release stress and muscles that are tight in your body.
Meditate
Its okay to feel overwhelmed or stressed during lockdown. But to help you feel better maybe try and meditate.
Have a set prayer time
Designate even just 2 minutes for a small prayer. Praying can help calm you and forget of any worries that may be bothering you.
Set SMART goals to work towards
What is a SMART goal?
a SMART goal is a goal that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
These goals can focus on your physical health, mental health, school and education, etc.
