Volunteer Program for high school students. This program is open to any students that are interested in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Research and Writing, and Social Media Content Creation. WayZero is San Marcos based non-profit that aims to eliminate plastic from the waste stream by replacing it with sustainable alternatives. Right now, we are working with governments and organizations across the globe to create legislation to further our cause, but we need help.
This past summer WayZero had its first Volunteer Program and now, we are excited to introduce the WayZero Certification Program. This is a three step program that gives students a glimpse into what a career in sustainability and environmental science looks like. The steps include becoming a certified composter, conducting and leading an educational experiment at school, and helping WayZero create content for social media and blogs, and doing research on up and coming sustainable technologies.
Join us to help make this mission a reality. From blog writing to Social Media content creation, WayZero provides opportunities to help make sustainable history.
