ABOUT THE PTA

The Buena Vista Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a community of BV parents, teachers, staff, and community members working together to create an amazing educational experience for our students and families.

Our PTA helps fund and organize enrichment programs, school events, community service projects, and other opportunities that benefit all Buena Vista students. We also support and celebrate our teachers and staff throughout the year.

We encourage everyone to get involved! Whether you have a little time or a lot, work full time, or are a stay-at-home parent, there are many ways to participate. PTA is a great way to connect with other families, get involved in our school community, and support Buena Vista.

Your PTA is hard at work supporting our students and school! Through fundraising, we help fund programs and enrichment opportunities including PE and STEAM instruction, field trips and assemblies, buses, teacher grants, the BV Garden and Chickens, playground equipment, student planners, and more.

We also organize fun events that bring our Buena Vista community together throughout the year, including our Annual Family Campout, Winterfest, Family Picnic, and more!
