Natural Tie Dye
We’ll show you how to extract and use natural dyes from avocado pits, turmeric, beets, coffee, and other repurposed ingredients headed for the trash. There will also be some manufactured dye meant for tie dye available. Bring your own white shirt, or purchase one with the Beaver Fest logo on it!

Potted Plant Painting
Decorate your own pot. We will sell cute little terracotta potted plants for you to customize. You are also welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your own potted plant to paint.
Screen Printing
Learn how to print designs on a t-shirt! Bring a blank shirt or buy one from us and print one of the many beaver designs on it. Stop by anytime before 2pm to print on of the many awesome templates designed by Carleton students. Supplies are limited, and it takes at least an hour to dry. Pre-printed shirts will also be available for purchase.

All of these activities are free and open to everyone. Bring your own shirt to print or dye, and flower pot to decorate. We will also have shirts and potted plants available for sale. All proceeds and donations will support future Northfield Beaver Festivals + beaver events. Stay tuned for scheduling changes!
Activities will last from 11:15-2:30 or while supplies last.
