Minnesota's first Beaver Festival was a smashing success! 

Over the course of a few hours, over 400 people stopped by to learn about the ecosystem services provided by beavers, beavers in the Cowling Arboretum, beaver harvesting, and how to deal with nuisance beavers.

Volunteers were able to wrap trees around Lyman Lakes in protective wiring and we were able to raise $650 for Carleton Mutual Aid.
