Siena Heights University is a Catholic university founded in 1919 and sponsored by the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
Enrolling a diverse community of traditional-age and working adult students, Siena Heights is a coeducational institution accredited by the Higher Learning Commission that was founded in the liberal arts tradition, offering associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
The University is headquartered in Adrian, Mich., with degree completion centers in Dearborn, Southfield, Benton Harbor, Monroe, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Jackson and Online.
Most dual-enrolled students take entry-level classes, known as their general electives. Popular dual-enrolled classes are Business, English, Math, Psychology, and Speech. However, any class is available to dual-enrolled students as long as the student has met the pre-requisite(s) for that particular course.
To enroll in SHU’s Dual Enrollment program, you must be a high school junior or senior and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Talk to your high school counselor or call the Office of Undergraduate Admissions 517-264-7180 to get started.
